How It Works

Getting started with Junbi Japan is a snap. 
 

1. Procure an itinerary through your tour operator, travel agent, or your own hard work.
    

2. ​Submit an enquiry, filling out the prompts to help me get a sense about your needs.
   ​

3. I will reply with a request to see your itinerary and ask you a little about your interests, reasons for going to Japan, travel style, and needs.
   ​

4. Once the above information is provided, we'll set-up a video or phone call and talk through your trip as I address your interests and provide personalized insights advice for your travel needs - With some time for Q&A, of course!

Consultancy Hourly Rate - 100
Junbi Japan has just one pro-rated hourly rate for your pre-trip call - that's it!

Any additional time spent on research, reservations, routing, resource collections, allergy cards, and other materials is rolled into that rate.

Once your pre-trip call is booked, you can complete your payment for the scheduled time via Venmo or Kofi.

What if our call is longer than expected?

If we have scheduled an hour for our call but go over that time, the additional time is billed at a rate of 120 / hour for the next hour after. I'm always happy to schedule a follow-up call at the normal rate if we find ourselves running out of time.

What if our call is shorter than expected?

If we have booked a 90 minute call, and end after 60, you will be refunded the unused time. 

Any call ending within the 10 minutes leading up to the expected conclusion of the call will still be billed at the full pre-paid rate.
